The Sad Truth
So true. My conversation with a girl that I think is cute circa winter 2003:
Me: “so, what do you like to do for fun?”
her: “well, I love listening to music, going to the bar, watching movies, working out…..”
Me: “oh yeah, cool, what type of music do you like?”
Her: “i like all kinds”
Me “no, seriously you aren’t getting off that easy, what is your favorite group?”
Her: “Well, I think my favorite band has to be Creed, I love them.”
Me: “Oh, yeah they are talented……”(as I turn and walk away)

Nothing is more heartbreaking or infuriating than having someone you dig, or like, or even want to be friends with in some capacity, mention that they like some shit band or artist -and not only do they like them, but they REALLY like them.Red flag, for sure.
